DELIVERY & SHIPPING

6.2 Expected Delivery Time:
The expected delivery time will be clearly stated in the order confirmation, during the checkout process, and/or on the respective product page on our website. If a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days, and the delay is not attributable to you as the Customer, you reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
6.3 Package Retrieval:
If a package is designated for pickup at a specific delivery point, it’s imperative that the Customer retrieves it within the specified timeframe as indicated in the notification. Personal retrieval with valid identification and the order number is typically required. You will receive a notification detailing when and where the package can be picked up or received. Notifications may be transmitted via email, ordinary mail, and, if you’ve provided a mobile number, through phone calls or SMS. Please note that failure to retrieve the package within the stipulated timeframe may result in a fee of $50, which may be charged by RABA.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products excluded from withdrawal include goods that have been sealed and cannot be returned due to broken protection, such as frames with protective outer plastic on the glass that cannot be replaced.

Should you wish to withdraw from a purchase, you must send a clear message to RABA prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period. The message should include your name, address, and other relevant information such as the order reference, invoice number, and the name of the product. 7.4 Return Shipping and Conditions:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs of $6 and for ensuring the condition of the product during return shipping. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date when RABA was notified of the withdrawal, well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box or packaging. Please note that additional charges, such as Customs & Duty charges and VAT/local taxes, may apply depending on the destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon withdrawal of your purchase, RABA will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs and any additional charges for alternative delivery options. Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial order returns. RABA reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any depreciation in the value of the product if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its function or characteristics.

RABA will initiate repayment without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your notification of withdrawal. Repayment will be made via the payment method chosen by you, unless otherwise agreed. However, repayment may be delayed until RABA has received the returned product or you have provided proof of return, such as a certificate of delivery.

FORCE MAJEURE
RABA is not accountable for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, acts of war, natural disasters, fire, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical glitches, communication failures, or issues with our suppliers. In such situations, we are relieved of liability for any resulting damages or consequences. We will notify you promptly if any such event occurs and will keep you informed throughout its duration. If the situation persists for more than two months, both you and RABA reserve the right to terminate the purchase without further obligation.
