Once Upon a Wall…
RABA is rooted in the Swahili and Arabic word M(u)raba, which means square. We are not entirely square. We’re a quadrilateral with many shapes. Four sides and corners, holding a space in the middle. A space where a creator can bring a story to life with colours, shapes and stories. Like a canvas. Or a blank paper in a sketchbook. An empty roll in a camera. Or a bare wall waiting to be decorated.
What story will your wall tell?
RABA promotes the work of artists from across the African continent. We are here to make African art accessible to creators and home decorators worldwide by selling them as high quality poster prints.
