Return & Refund policy
Please note! Our posters and frames are of high quality, but delicate. We don’t encourage ordering multiple products and send back the ones that don’t make the cut. Please read the return policy below carefully.
Return Policy
We hope you love your artwork, but if you change your mind, here’s how returns work:
- Return Request: Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@raba.art to start a return.
- Return Window: You have 30 days to send the item back.
- Return Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. As we don’t use plastic wrapping, any signs of use or damage void the return. Please repackage it exactly as you received it, using the original packaging.
- Return address: our warehouse partner collects the returns, on the following address: Archimedesbaan 19, 3439 ME Nieuwegein, Netherlands. Please write ‘EPC attn. RABA Art’ as the recipient name above the address.
- Return Costs: Returns are at the customer’s expense.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your payment within 1-3 business days. Please note that card issuer processing times may vary, taking up to 10 business days.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, email us with photos at info@raba.art within 48 hours. We’ll replace it at no extra cost!
Uncollected Orders: If a package is refused or not collected, a €7.25 return shipment fee applies.
